The Find Your Sweet Spot workshop is a reframing session for mid-career professionals who want to clarify their career ambitions and then create a strategy and action plan to achieve those ambitions. Whether you're seeking your next promotion or a completely new career path, this workshop will help you review your career interests and choices, and construct a plan that will help you move forward. Using a variety of tools and assessments, our experienced coaches will help you paint a clear picture of the choices that provide satisfaction and meaning for you. You'll discover what career options might be suited to your interest, skills, and life stage. Upon completion, you'll have created a strategy and an action plan to help you keep your career on track and moving forward.

Course Structure

The core of the Sweet Spot workshop is a concentrated, interactive, full-day session in which you will meet face-to-face with experienced executive coachas and about a dozen of your peers. The day is packed with learning, discovery, and the opportunity to connect with fellow sojourners. Augmenting the learning are two private telephone coaching sessions and an ongoing online discussion forum. By the end of the program, you'll have clarified your strengths and values, gained keen insights into where you may want to go in your career, and plotted potential paths for getting there. Your action plan will serve as a career compass that you can use for the rest of your life.
